History

Come! Learn about our glorious past and our struggle to be free from American oppression
Our future!

We quickly began to rebuild our glorious new nation on the basis of Eugene V. Debs' ideas and dreams. Democratic Socialism, we believe, is the way to attaining Marx's dream of peace and love without capitalist oppression. We place importance on our education system, seeing as we did all this to liberate ourselves and give our children a better life.

Pacifornian Revolution

The United States was obviously not to happy about three states seceding from the Union. US forces were deployed west but the PMRF was ready to take advantage of the enemy's weaknesses. For years, our armed forces took a page out of the Vietcong's playbook and utilized guerilla and ambush tactics to destroy morale.

Eventually, the PMRF pushed back the US troops back into the deserts and fought tirelessly to tak control of the nuclear test site just outside of Las Vegas. Threatening to launch a missile towards the East Coast, the United States decided to back down and recognize the USSP as a sovereign nation under the Treaty of Berlin. Clark County was also ceded to the new nation.

Beginnings

Our nation started in the coffee shops and bookstores from Seattle to San Diego. Many liberals and socialists were growing sick and tired of the ailing United States and their tolerance of right wing capitalism. One man by the name of Andrew Marquez stood out from the crowd and decided that a coup would be necessary, although he did want a democratic secession.

On May 1st, 2025, the Marxist Revolutionary Front fought into each capital to depose of the capitalist leaders and claim the three original states as the new United Socialist States of Pacifornia.
